Can I still live in my house during construction? Yes, of course you can! Keystone Building Services complies with OH & S regulations and has such a high standard of cleanliness on site. Realistically there will be some dust, dirt and noise; however we will keep the impact of these to a minimum. Our tradesmen use drop sheets and clean up when finished work on site. We have waste bins on site for all our rubbish. Is there any charge for the Design Consultant to come out and see us? No. Keystone Building Services Design Consultants will visit you at no charge to you. Do we need to arrange a design and plans for council approval? No. Keystone Building Services Design Consultants can assist you with the design and our draftsman will prepare the plans for the council. Although, if you already have an architect or a building designer then Keystone Building Services can work along side them.
