Project Management: SABC offers tailored Project Management Services - from project conception through to commissioning and completion. We ensure continued improvement and success by establishing ongoing monitoring of key performance indicators. We measure “our” success against our clients’ objectives, goals and risk profile.
Communication: SABC realise that specific expertise and understanding of each client’s project is required by our team and that it is important to maintain ongoing effective communication and relationships to realise the project expectations related to time, cost, quality, consultant and contractor performance. Key project team members are assembled for their specialised knowledge and experience to competently deliver on quality projects.
Construction Management: SABC CE0 and founder, Warren Lavis, is a licensed builder and experienced construction contractor. This places the company in a unique position to be able to offer clients integrated Construction Management Services. Close scrutiny of design, buildability issues and packaging of trade works is undertaken to achieve the most efficient programme and cost results for our clients.
Risk, Quality, Environmental & OH&S Management: Following an assessment of the client’s individual needs based on the type of risks and controls required, a system and accompanying plan of implementation is developed to suit the client’s needs. Once implemented, the system is reviewed and audited on a regular basis.
Independent Verifier: SABC is able to undertake, with confidence for clients or institutions, the Due Diligence Process and detailed analysis of construction risks acting as Independent Verifier.
In the role of Independent Project Verifier, SABC independently monitors and reports on construction and financial performance, together with certifying expenditure and compliance with contractual commitments, all while placing a particular focus on the early identification of potential non-conformances and that of risk to the funding institution or client.
